All orders on Tumble Deal ship for $1.99. Tumble Deal is currently unable to ship orders to AK or HI, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, Tumble Deal is unable to ship to PO boxes.

All returns must be authorized by Tumble Deal Support prior to returning. Tumble Deal allows returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy allows 35 days from the date the item was shipped. Merchandise eligible for a return must be unused and in its original packaging.
Tumble Deal 's Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:
1.Return for Credit - Eligible merchandise is returned for store credit from Tumble Deal. Some returns may qualify for a credit back to the original payment method at Tumble Deal’s sole discretion.
2.Exchanges - Eligible merchandise is exchanged for a different variation (i.e. customer desires different size or color)
3.Replacements - Eligible merchandise is returned and replaced with the same exact merchandise (i.e. the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Any return for a refund/store credit may be subject to a restocking fee.

You will be provided with an RMA and all necessary return instructions, if approved.
Tumble Deal will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return merchandise. In the rare case that Tumble Deal is unable to provide a return shipping label, Tumble Deal will reimburse the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material) in the form of Store Credit.
Credits for returns will be processed within one week of the receipt of your return.
Products returned without all necessary documentation may be denied at Tumble Deal’s discretion.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.
Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer's responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.
Buyer’s Remorse refers to any return that is not a result of damage, defect, or error. Tumble Deal customers may in some cases, assume responsibility for all return costs in the event of returns due to buyer's remorse. Credit will be applied (at TumbleDeal's discretion) upon receipt to the user's account in either the form of store credit or as a monetary refund to the original payment method minus $5.00.
An item returned as defective and is deemed “defective” by our returns department is eligible for a refund/replacement with the standard 30 day return period.
Damaged in Shipping
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. Tumble Deal must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day of the date of receipt.
In the rare event Tumble Deal is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund of the transaction price will be issued.
Limitations on Returns
Items are not eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. Tumble Deal will not investigate issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date. Some products may not be returned. Refer to the item’s auction/detail page to verify if a return is not allowed.
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Apple iPads
- Consumables, including but not limited to edible items, perfume, cigars, recordable media, film, digital memory cards, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink
- Personalized orders
- BBQ grills
- Refurbished, Reconditioned, Pre-Loved, or Pre-Owned Products
- All other products with ‘No Return’ or 'Final Sale' indicated in the product description
Tumble Deal is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer. Additionally, Tumble Deal is not responsible for any item that is sold to a third party. Tumble Deal products and services are offered exclusively to private users. These products and services are not offered to commercial or semi-commercial retailers.
